Tears to Tiara: Kakan no Daichi

Tears to Tiara is a story set in a fantasy world during a time period resembling the Middle Ages with magic involved. The rise of the Divine Empire leads to its conquest and rule over many lands. On the island of Erin, which is still under the rule of the Ancient Kingdom, the Goidelic people are trying to sacrifice priestess Riannon in order to bring back protagonist Arawn as their leader to fight against the Empire. However, the ritual fails and Riannon survives. This leads to the breaking of the seal that imprisoned Arawn, resulting in his resurrection with powerful abilities and a human-like demeanor. He joins forces with Riannon, her brother Arthur who is also a battalion commander, as well as their team consisting of a swordsman, an archer, and five magical pixies, to battle the Divine Empire in an epic struggle.
