Tokyo is currently being attacked by a terrorist group called Panther Claw, and Cutie Honey, a stunning android superheroine, arrives to combat them. However, despite her best efforts, she fails in the battle against these ruthless terrorists. To protect herself, Cutie Honey teams up with Natsuko Aki, a government agent, and assumes the roles of student and teacher at St. Chapel Academy. Unfortunately, no matter where they hide or what measures they take, Panther Claw's sinister plans continue to pose a constant threat to their safety.
