Chinmoku no Kantai

In the Cold War era, Japan and the US collaborated on creating a nuclear submarine together. On its first trip, the commander announced that it was now known as "Yamato," asserting its independence.
Chinmoku no Kantai had the first chapter published in English as Silent Service in December 1991 in the educational publication Mangajins issue #13.
