In December 20XX, Investigator Leopold Fieseler from the Zeon National Public Safety Division was investigating a series of terrorist bombings on Side 3. Suddenly, he received contact from an old friend, Elise Ann Finnegan, who now works with the Prefectural Office. When they met, she handed him a disk containing a list of Zeon officials marked for assassination. Initially, Fieseler believed that this was leaked data to the press, but as he scrolled down, he discovered something more concerning. The list did not stop at those already deceased and included the name "Commander Gihren Zabi" - the leader of the Principality of Zeon.
