Dr. Uzuki, who works at a teaching hospital associated with a university, encounters Nonami in an alleyway after he has been shot. The next day, when Nonami arrives at the hospital, Uzuki is concerned that he may have come to ensure his silence due to witnessing the gunshot wound. However, it turns out that Nonami, who mistakenly believed Uzuki's name was "Suzuki" and thought him to be a woman, had forced a younger yakuza brother into seeking treatment at the hospital in order to locate this Suzuki. As a result, they began searching for her. The timid rabbit-like doctor and the powerful tiger-like Yakuza have developed an unlikely bond based on their contrasting personalities and backgrounds - a love story of the wild and the meek.
