"The Desert Rose," a group of skilled thieves from "The Great Thieves Guild," travel around the world performing in various locations. During one of their stops, Shera, a billboard girl, meets Prince Atlas of "The Eastern Empire." Despite initial attraction, they are unable to pursue their feelings due to circumstances beyond their control. Additionally, there is a short story called "Megamisama no Shippo" that follows this narrative.
