Shimada Kanon and her friends Mariko Mutsumi are determined to become the best tank crew in Kantou region. They have been practicing with their Panther F, a World War II-era tank, since they were in middle school. However, due to lack of funding from sponsors, their dream remains unfulfilled. One day, an unexpected opportunity arises when delinquents appear at their school riding T-55s, which threatens their safety and the safety of others on campus.
