A policeman named Sachi works in a rural area and survived a plane crash twenty years ago without any injuries. He has also managed to avoid harm in three separate accidents. Later, Sachi is assigned to the criminal division of Tokyo Metropolitan Police where he encounters two young leaders from the Special Wide Area Investigation Section.
