Through their involvement with "Elfenbein," Fon, a third-grade student at Ilegenes Military Academy, poses a threat to government officials and those connected to the black market. Meanwhile, two female military cadets have joined the academy, which is unusual in its all-male environment. One of them, Gabrielle, exhibits mysterious behavior that suggests unrest.
