Gamindustri was a parallel universe that experienced a significant event in the past. However, the powerful goddesses from the 4 continents conspired and managed to crush it, resulting in peace being restored. This story takes place after the goddesses resolved the incident. The PS3 series of games parodies several aspects of the gaming industry, including character names such as "Neptune," which is a reference to Segas unreleased "Neptune" console.
