Daichi's father was the headmaster of a school for aspiring magicians, but despite his own lack of interest in magic, he had no problem with it. when his parents suddenly vanished, daichi was taken aback to discover that he had been appointed as their replacement. meanwhile, yozora, the student council president, believed she was destined to be with daichi after hearing a fake tv psychic's prediction. this put her at odds with the jealous members of the student council while also forcing daichi to deal with an irritable teacher who kept trying to get him interested in magic. it seems that having magical powers is not always as cool as it might seem.
