Akira Mebuki is an individual that specializes in resolving small issues with loan sharks or difficult neighbors. Unlike international diplomacy or hostage crises, his work primarily focuses on these specific areas. One day, unexpectedly, Hyoudou Juetsu, a former classmate of Mebuki's who has now become a prominent yakuza leader representing a group that claims control over the area surrounding Mebukis office, appeared at the workplace offering protection for the building. Despite being openly gay and deeply in love with Mebuki, Hyoudou is not skilled at expressing his emotions, which aligns with typical yakuza behavior. However, Mebuki harbors a deep-seated hatred towards yakuza due to an incident from high school where Hyoudou raped him. Additionally, Hyoudou's intentions for protecting the office are driven by his desire to safeguard Mebuki from Uzawa, a member of a rival group who also attended their alma mater and poses a threat to Mebuki.
