Akikaze cosmos is an elementary school student who helps take care of her mother's hostel in hanami town. despite being younger than most residents, including high schooler soyokaze and college drunk sonoko, cosmos exhibits remarkable responsibility. the town itself seems ordinary, but beyond its borders lies a barren nuclear desert where no one is allowed to venture. however, when cosmos accidentally wanders into the forbidden area, she undergoes a magical transformation into an angel.
