The fifth unit within the special police bureau is home to a group of exceptional individuals known as the "Sakura." These people were created specifically to execute confidential missions. They have given up their citizenship, erased their history and concealed their true identities. If one of these "Sakura" fails in their task, there can be no redemption except for the presence of their "Messiah," who is the only being capable of saving them from certain death.
