A young girl named katarina claes, who is eight years old and lives peacefully without any incidents, discovers that she is not actually the daughter of a duke after hitting her head on a rock. prior to this incident, katarina was an otaku who died while playing fortune lover, her favorite otome game. she wakes up in a new world where she has been reincarnated as the villainess in fortune lower. the villainess usually ends up dead or exiled in the game. to avoid this fate, katarina uses her knowledge of the game and its routes to navigate through the story. however, it is unclear whether a good ending can be achieved for the villainess character in the game.
