Tomonaga Ono is a typical teenager whose purpose in life revolves around assisting females in putting together their ensembles. Upon encountering Hibiki Rindou, his childhood companion who struggled with her first year of high school because of her plain attire, which led her to become a recluse, Ono decides to transform Rindou's life through fashion. However, he faces difficulty in executing his plan as he can only progress up to step one, which involves removing Rindou's clothing.
