In New York City, there's a sniper killer targeting criminals with the code name "Sister Militia." The NYPD is stumped because all they have is her alias and her incredible accuracy from long range. They don't know who she really is yet. It turns out that Sister Militia is Tista, a secluded college student raised in an orphanage.
