In the 1990s, as society became increasingly authoritarian and chaotic, Saiga Riki-Oh emerged as a solitary warrior determined to expose people's negative karma. Driven by the desire to reunite with his estranged brother and solve the mystery surrounding their family history and its connection to the Star of David on his hand, he fought through gangsters, corrupt martial artists, and more, earning both admirers and enemies in equal measure.
In 1991, the series was adapted into the live-action Hong Kong film Riki Oh: The Story of Ricky.
