At a school for troublemakers, there's one student named Kunio who despises bullies who target the weak. Despite being incredibly strong, he is also sluggish and has a lewd mindset. Can Kunio overcome all obstacles and withstand the wild antics of his adversaries?

Ore wa Otoko da! Kunio-kun is based off the Kunio-kun videogame series, which includes the game that was localised in North America as River City Ransom.The series won the 40th Shogakukan Manga Award for the children demographic in 1995.
