I Want to Eat Your Pancreas, KimiSui, 君の膵臓をたべたい

A novel's narrative is presented through an unidentified main character who stumbles upon a diary in a hospital one day. The owner of this journal is none other than Sakura Yamauchi, a classmate of the protagonist, who has been diagnosed with terminal pancreatic cancer and only has several months left to live. Sakura confides that she has entrusted her secret to the protagonist alone, aside from her family members. The protagonist pledges to safeguard Sakuras confidentiality. Despite their contrasting personalities, the protagonist decides to stand by Sakura during her final days.

Kimi no Suizou wo Tabetai is an adaptation of Sumino Yorus novel of the same title.The series has been licensed in English as I Want to Eat Your Pancreas by Seven Seas Entertainment, and in Polish by Wydawnictwo Dango.
