In the future, people live in large cities called Domepolises in a remote area of Siberia. These are Earth's primary living spaces since the planet became uninhabitable due to environmental damage. Now, parts of the world are becoming habitable again. Many sections of the Domepolises have separated from their controlling powers and trade with other regions. Gainer Sanga, a video game champion who has won 200 games, becomes an unwitting hero in his hometown Exodus when he is falsely accused by the Siberian Railway. He pilots a giant mecha known as King Gainer after his gaming handle. Gainer is tasked with battling other Overmen as Yapan tries to flee across Siberia.
