The fourth princess of the Rain Dukedom, known as Nike, possesses the power to summon rain and travels to the Sun Kingdom to marry King Livius. Although she initially feels hesitant about the journey, she arrives at her destination with reservations. Upon meeting the Sun King, she learns that he is still a young ruler who conquered the world in just three years since ascending to the throne. Despite this, Nike discovers an unusual request from the king - for her to summon rain on trivial matters.
