In sakurada, a small town near the pacific ocean, about half of the population possesses unique abilities known as "powers." these powers vary widely, from being able to communicate telepathically with cats to rewinding time three days. the organization called "kanrikyoku" oversees and regulates the use of these powers. asai kei and haruki misora are members of their school's "houshi" club, which carries out missions assigned by the kanrikyoku. while misora can reset time three days, causing all events from the past 3 days to be erased, kei has the ability to remember the past. despite using her power to reset time, misora will still retain those three days in memory. by combining their powers, they complete missions issued by the kanrikyoku.
