In this story, we follow Fujii, a high school student who is deeply in love with Enomoto Fumiho. Living in a world where people are affected by a rare condition known as the Biorg Bug, Fujii himself becomes infected, causing heart-shaped holes to appear on his hands. What will now happen to him?

Biorg Trinity has been published in Italian by Panini Comics under the Planet Manga imprint since November 8, 2014, and in French by Kazé Manga since March 26, 2014.
