The anime version of the otome game follows the tale of six cruel Sakamaki vampire siblings and a young girl named Komori Yui who moves in with them. Despite her optimistic outlook on life, Yui is plagued by supernatural experiences such as seeing spirits and encountering poltergeists. In her second year of high school, she transfers to a night school for artists and celebrities because of her father's profession. There are whispers among the students that vampires exist on campus, and eventually Yui finds herself living with the Sakamaki brothers.
