The year is T.C. 71 and humanity has advanced to a new era where most of the population resides in space due to the creation of Dyson Sphere, an urban center located beyond Earth's atmosphere. Two dominant forces have emerged on our planet: the Dorssia Military Pact Federation, which originated from a military alliance, and the Atlantic Rim United States (ARUS), which gained strength through expanding trade agreements. JIOR, a small nation, maintains neutrality between these two powers by focusing on economic prosperity. In JIOR's territory, Haruto Tokishima lived an uneventful life as a high school student in Module 77 until the sudden Dorssian military invasion disrupted his peaceful existence. However, things take a dramatic turn when Haruto encounters the enigmatic humanoid weapon known as Valvrave during this conflict.
