Star Ocean: Till the End of Time

A group of twelve heroes prevented a plan by ten wise men to destroy the universe four hundred years ago. Since then, the Pangalactic Federation has explored one-third of the Milky Way and continues its quest for more power. Currently, it is SD 772. The young Earthling Fayt Leingod and his family visit Hyda, a resort planet in the Pangalactic Federation when suddenly an unknown military space force attacks the planet. The attack destroys buildings and ruins the natural surroundings. Amidst the chaos, Fayt tries to escape with Sophia and other guests to an emergency shelter, but their route also comes under attack. Despite this, Fayt reaches the shelter but is separated from his parents and Sophia.
