Hirohiko Araki  

Araki Toshiyuki, 荒木 利之

Before completing his studies at Miyagi University of Education, Hirohiko Araki dropped out. Despite this, he was awarded the 20th Tezuka Prize for his first published work, titled "Busou Poker," which he wrote under the pen name Toshiyuki Araki.
