Tatsuya Oishi
Gakuin is an alumnus from Tokyo Designer School who previously worked as an animator at Junio and Gainax studios. He has a strong bond with Yoshinari. In 2004, Kubota, the then president of Shaft, appointed him to join "Team Shinbo," which included Oonuma and Shinbo.
