Norio Hikone is a renowned Japanese animator and artist who studied at Tokyo University of the Arts. Following his graduation, he started working in the animation industry with Toho Movie, Toei Animation, and Mushi Production. In 1966, he established his own studio called Hikone Studio. Throughout his career, he has contributed to various forms of animation such as TV series, commercials, character designs, picture book illustrations, and music videos for NHK's Minna no Uta program.
