Yudetamago  

Yudetamago is the pen name of the Japanese mangaka duo, consisting of story writer Takashi Shimada and artist Yoshinori Nakai. They are best known for their popular manga series such as Kinnikuman, Ultimate Muscle (Kinnikuman Nisei), and Tatakae!! Ramenman. Takashi Shimada (嶋田 隆司) is the story writer of the duo. He graduated from Hatushiba High School in Higashi, Sakai, Osaka, up until 1984 he went by the name Takashi Kaneyama (金山 長司, Kaneyama Takashi). He frequently attends movie premieres, events, and interviews on his own and has more exposure than Nakai. These appearances have led to him being jokingly referred to as "The Non-Working Half of Yude". Shimada claims that he was a naughty child in his younger days and his favorite show was a TV drama called Playgirl. He loves reading and drawing manga, and before meeting Nakai, he would often draw Kinnikuman on notebook paper. Yoshinori Nakai (中井 義則) is the artist of the duo. He also graduated from Hatushiba High School in Higashi, Sakai, Osaka, up until 1984 he went by the name Yoshinori Iwamoto (岩元 義則, Iwamoto Yoshinori). Nakai likes to stay home by himself and his favorite actress is Mariko Kawana. Before starting school, he was an avid baseball player and fan and dreamed of becoming a Pro Baseball player. He didn't really read manga until he met Shimada.
