Masaki Tsuji  

Masaki Tsuji is a renowned Japanese writer who has worked on TV series and films as well as mystery novels. He was most active from the 60s to the 80s, and wrote scripts for many popular anime TV shows at Mushi Production, Toei Animation, and Tokyo Movie Shinsha. Some of his notable works include Astro Boy, Jungle Taitei, Ribbon no Kishi, Unico, Devilman, Cutie Honey, Dororon Enma-kun, Wata no Kuni Hoshi, and Arrow Emblem Grand Prix no Taka. Masaki won a Special Award in the 13th Animation Kobe for his writing contributions.
