Yuriko Takano, 高野 夕里子

In 1976, an accomplished author emerged who produced numerous novels as well as manga in genres such as shoujo, yaoi and hentai. On October 27, 2018, she passed away at the age of 62 due to pneumonia. Following a car accident and subsequent hospitalization, Asagiri recognized that it was time for her to pursue the stories she had always dreamed of writing rather than the shoujo-manga she felt obligated to produce. She then began exploring more mature themes.
