David Sylvian  

David Sylvian is an English musician who gained fame as the lead vocalist and guitarist for Japan, a post-punk band. Since then, he has pursued a diverse solo career that includes collaborations with notable artists like Robert Fripp and Ryuichi Sakamoto. He also composed the first theme song for the anime adaptation of Monster in collaboration with Kuniaki Haishima, who scored the rest of the series.
