Youko Hanabusa
A japanese mangaka who began their career with a short story titled "koi wa happy snow ni notte," which was published in 1978. two of their works were later adapted into anime television series, namely "lady lady!!" and "hello! lady lynn" by toei animation co., ltd. in 1987.
