Fumio Ohi, Fumio Oi
In 1968, Fumio Ooi completed his studies in graphic design at Tama Art University's Department of Graphic Design. Initially, he created artwork by hand, but later shifted to using computer graphics (CG). Throughout his career, Ooi has produced numerous videos for NHK's Minna no Uta program and was one of the 35 animators recognized in Kihachiro Kawamoto's acclaimed anthology Fuyu no Hi.
