The individual has produced illustrations for magazines and EroGuro work, as well as an EroGuro book that primarily consists of his own creations. His favorite bands are Queen, Black Sabbath, and Jittarin Jin. He possesses a thorough understanding of anatomy, which enables him to create expressive poses and angles in his artwork. The use of highly detailed shots of hands and feet adds depth to the characters' personalities and emotions. Atmospheric backgrounds and landscapes complement the overall look of the manga, which features many panels drawn with a finished, shaded pencil style rather than inked line art. His exceptional drawing abilities are showcased in these penciled panels. While he no longer uses pencils as frequently as before, he prefers an ink-based style for his artwork. Samura reveals that the individual has always aspired to become a manga artist. Unlike most mangaka, he attended art school and possesses a classical education in the arts. He disliked oil painting and preferred working in black and white. In interviews, he openly admits to cheating during his time at art school by employing someone else to help him complete the course. Despite this, he never completed the program as he was picked up by Afternoon to work on Blade of the Immortal before graduation.
