Peter was born in New York City in 1963 but spent his childhood in Grand Ledge, Michigan. He graduated from Michigan State University in 1989 with a degree. After graduation, he worked as a professional cameraman for several years in Michigan. Eventually, Peter moved to Los Angeles to pursue his lifelong dream of becoming an actor. Most people know him as a talented voice-over artist, but there's more to his background than that. In addition to his work as a voice-over artist, Peter has been nominated for the Garland Award for his performance in Glengarry, Glen Ross and is also an award-winning still photographer. He has acted in several on-camera commercials for companies such as Allstate, Toyota, Sears, and Papa John's. Furthermore, he recently became accredited as a Foley artist and worked on one of the late Michael Clarke Duncan's films.
