Hideo Takayashiki  

Hideo Takayashiki is a screenwriter who studied Literature at Toyo University but left before graduating to work for Mushi Pro, where he worked in production until its bankruptcy was announced. He then joined Madhouse for a brief time before becoming freelance in 1979. His debut as a screenwriter was on Ashita no Joe 2 and he continued writing scripts throughout the years, giving up his role as episode director in 1983. In addition to being a screenwriter, Takayashiki has also written novels. Recently, he has been affiliated with Madhouse again.
