Tsunku, つんく♂

Mitsuo Terada, also known as Tsunku♂, is a renowned music producer and writer who gained fame as the vocalist of SharanQ. He later established Morning Musume and served as its sound producer until his health declined. In 2014, he was diagnosed with laryngeal cancer and underwent surgery to remove his vocal cords in 2015 due to treatment failure. Tsunku♂ is married to Idemitsu Kanako and has three children with her. As of now, the family resides in Waikiki, Hawaii while he occasionally travels back to Japan for work-related purposes.
