Kayleigh "Ghaspey" McKee is a 27 year old transgender woman who possesses a deep passion for art in all genres and mediums, as well as an exceptionally diverse vocal range. Originating from a small college town situated in rural Illinois, she has pursued her interests to acquire training and experience across numerous subjects, including audio production, editing, illustration, singing, and particularly voice acting.
Throughout her childhood and college years, Kayleigh sought out opportunities to hone her acting and singing skills by taking on major roles in musicals. Living in rural Illinois at the time, she constructed a home studio that enabled her to record professional-quality audio from the comfort of her own home. This experience provided her with valuable insights into the craft while also allowing her to work independently with other passionate individuals who mentored her through the intricacies of the industry.
In late 2016, Kayleigh decided to pursue a career in voice acting and relocated to Los Angeles. There, she received extensive training from renowned professionals such as Steve Blum, Eliza Jane Schneider, Phil Hulett, Debby Derryberry, Chuck Huber, and Carroll Kimball. This intensive training has equipped her with the skills necessary to excel in her field, enabling her to voice both masculine and feminine characters, as well as those that fall outside of these traditional gender categories.
Kayleigh's unwavering dedication to her craft has led her to secure representation from CESD and perform a diverse array of roles for high-profile clients and award-winning animations. Her unique vocal range and commitment to honing her skills have made her an invaluable asset to the voice acting community, and she continues to inspire others with her passion and determination.
