Maaya Uchida  

Maaya Uchida made her debut as a seiyuu in 2010 in the Boku, Otaryman OVA in a minor role while still studying at Nihon Narration Engi Kenkyuujo training school, which she joined in 2008. After her debut, she was signed by Im Enterprise talent management agency and has remained with them since then. Uchida's breakthrough came in 2012 when she voiced the lead character Rikka Takanashi in Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai! anime series. This success led to her being cast as Hajime Ichinose in Gatchman Crowds. In 2014, Uchida was named Best New Actress at the 8th Seiyuu Awards and began singing activities, debuting as a solo recording artist with Pony Canyon. She is the elder sister of seiyuu Yuuma Uchida.
