Hiroyuki Kitazume
Hiroyuki Kitazume is an animator and mangaka who established Pack in the mid-1980s with former employees from Bevore. Later, he founded Atelier Giga in 1987. However, both studios faced production and commercial failures due to the unsuccessful release of "Relic Armor Legaciam." As a result, they were dissolved and Kitazume joined Anime International Company (AIC) to pay off his debts. Since then, he has been working as a freelancer and frequently collaborates with Sunrise on various projects.
