At the age of three, ZAQ started learning how to play the piano. During her college years, her role model was Minori Chihara, who inspired her to pursue singing as her career path. Despite this, she faced challenges during auditions and failed to make it through them all. In junior high school, ZAQ's favorite bands were Mongol800 and Going Steady, two rock groups that captivated her imagination. She is a self-taught composer whose works are known for their distinctive style, which does not adhere strictly to music theory or musicology.
