Kyusaku Shimada  

Kyusaku Shimada is most recognized for his performance as Kato Yasunori in Tokyo The Last Megalopolis and its sequel, Tokyo. He also provided the Japanese voice for Hades in Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts II. Additionally, M. Bison from Street Fighter was modeled after Kyusaku's interpretation of Kato.
