Demon Kakka, Demon Kogure, デーモン小暮, デーモン小暮閣下
An Akuma (evil spirit) disguised as a human in our world. Previously, he was the second-in-command of Jigoku and established Akumakyou, a demonic faith. As leader of Seikima-II, Kogure promoted his beliefs through heavy metal music with the goal to take over Earth. In 2009, he adopted the persona of Demon Kakka ("His Excellency Demon").
