Rob Bundy held the position of artistic director at Stages Repertory Theatre in Houston from 1996 to 2006. During his tenure, he produced over 100 plays and directed 30. Additionally, he has worked extensively in New York City, directing at Rattlestick Theatre, Pearl Theater, Lincoln Center Institute Circle Repertory Lab, and the Blue Light Theatre. He has also directed at numerous regional theaters across the country, including the Alley Theatre, Houston Shakespeare Festival, Actors Theatre of Louisville, Florida Studio Theatre, Meadowbrook Theatre, Woolly Mammoth Theatre Company, Hartford's TheatreWorks, Pacific Repertory Theatre, and Chautauqua Conservatory Theater.
Bundy has also taught and/or directed at various training programs across the country, including the Juilliard School, Southern Methodist University, American Academy of Dramatic Arts, and Washington, D.C.'s Shakespeare Theatre. He served as associate artistic director at Hartford Stage Company from 1992 to 1994 and was an on-site evaluator for the National Endowment for the Arts from 1992 to 2006. Furthermore, he has been a member of numerous grant panels for both the NEA and TCG. Currently, Bundy teaches acting at Syracuse University.
