Jennie Kwan, a native of Los Angeles, began performing at the age of 11 in the troupe known as "Kids of the Century." Her first major role came when she played "Kim" in the National Touring Company of "Miss Saigon," which earned her recognition from audiences. She later appeared on television as Samantha Woo, a singing sensation on NBC-TV's sitcom "California Dreams." Other notable TV appearances include The Nanny, Family Matters, Beverly Hills 90210 and Oliver Stone's mini series "Wild Palms." In film, she starred in "Trojan War". For two years, Jennie toured with the one-person show "Faces of America," which focused on diversity and tolerance in America. She was also an original cast member of "Bare, the Musical" and had a brief stint in "Jewtopia." Both shows have since moved to off Broadway. In addition to her acting career, Jennie is known for being a member of Hollywood Records vocal group "Nobodys Angel," which earned their first gold record for performing two songs on the "Princess Diaries" soundtrack in 2002 and was also the creator of the pilot "Nobodys Angel" for ABC Family. She lends her voice to the character Suki on Nickelodeon's hit animated series "Avatar The Last Air Bender," as well as all video games for the series. Jennie has also voiced numerous anime and video games.
