Tatsuhiko Takimoto is a renowned Japanese author celebrated for his acclaimed work Welcome to the N.H.K., which deals with hikikomori, a fictional concept in Japan. Several of his serialized novels have experienced delays in their collections due to extensive revisions by Takimoto. He was involved in "Live at Faust," an anthology published by the Japanese literary magazine, Faust. In this publication, Takimoto contributed a ~30-page story and participated in a collaboratively written "relay novel" alongside four other young writers.
