Yoko Takahashi

Yoko Takahi is a renowned Japanese singer who has gained fame for her performances in various anime series. She sang the opening theme tune, "A Cruel Angels Thesis," for Neon Genesis Evangelion and also performed the closing theme, an acid bossa version of "FLY ME TO THE MOON" titled "Tamashii no Rufuran." Additionally, she recently sang the opening theme, "Metamorphose," for studio Gainax's 20th anniversary series, This Ugly Yet Beautiful World. Furthermore, she provided the ending theme, "Yoake Umarekuru Shoujo," for the anime Shakugan no Shana and also performed the opening theme, "Aoki Flamme," for Pumpkin Scissors.
